Location of Training: You can learn at the convenience of your home through Zoom. I offer group or one-on-one, personalized training.

Meeting How Often: Every week for 1 to 1.5 hours (except holidays and closed the week of Christmas. Suppose you decide on a 501c3 tax deductible status, LLC - Limited Liability Corporation, or network - A nonprofit "umbrella" agreement with another charity organization that lets you start taking tax deductibles and donations much sooner. Learn the Pros and Cons of each.

Length of ministry launch: three to six months - starting from scratch or already somewhat established.

Goal: Build confidence, and implement launching your ministry successfully quickly.

Homework: Weekly homework. During writing your business plan, expect to spend 1 to 2 hours several nights for corporation status if launching a tax-exemption nonprofit 501c3.

Learn how to start a tax-exemption nonprofit organization, a Limited Liability Corp. (LLC), or Umbrella non-profit organization under another charity organization. I offer the LLC because to qualify for tax-exempt status, your organization must have one of the tax code's "exempt purposes" as its mission. None of the money you raise goes to private shareholders or individuals, and you cannot work to influence legislation or campaign for or against political candidates. Second, many changes are happening in Washington that may affect the tax-exempt status of nonprofit organizations.

Forming a nonprofit is not something you want to do alone. Depending on your entity type (public foundation, public charity, etc.), requirements and regulations are related to your board of directors, funding sources, articles of incorporation, and more.
