Required Steps to Receive Ministry:
To receive 2 to 4 hours of deliverance or healing ministry, please follow the required Four Steps:

- Form 1 - the history questionnaire. When filling out the forms, do not skip any questions; otherwise, the form won't go through.
- Form 2 - Required Legal Binding Liability Agreement
- Form 3 - Bitterness form.
Step 3: Click Scheduler/Payment. Choose a date and time, or verbal agreement between both parties. Please don't book the same day as the ministry, since the minister needs to review the forms.
Step 4: Click "Next."
