Do you need a ministry of deliverance prayer and making $2100 or under per household?
Required Steps to Receive Ministry:
To receive 2 to 4 hours of deliverance or healing ministry, please follow the required Four Steps:
Step 1: Log in at the top - to sign in or sign up for payment when ready.
Step 2: Fill out two forms:
- Form 1 - the history questionnaire. When filling out the forms, do not skip any questions; otherwise, the form won't go through.
- Form 2 - Liability Agreement.
- Form 3 - Bitterness form.
Step 3: Click Scheduler/Payment. Choose a date and time or verbal agreement between both parties. Please don't book the same day of ministry since the minister needs to review the forms.
Step 4: Click "Next."
Step 5: Under "Payment" (choose the payment plan—2 hours or 4 hours, pay in full, or make payments). All scheduled times are based on CST (Chicago/Dallas).
Please plan 24 hours ahead of time so that I have time to read your forms. Don't forget to check your email for the Zoom link.
