Who We Are

Touch of God Care Companion and Caregiver

Teresa Morin is an independent caregiver providing non-medical home care in the evenings (4 to 12-hour shifts). Where warm hearts and helping hands relieve family caregivers. Touch of God Int'l Ministries is a non-profit organization.

Overview

I'm an independent caregiver, which cuts out the middleman and is cost-effective.

The in-home care services make it possible for those who are struggling with the following:

  • Alzheimer’s and Dementia require monitoring, mobility support, and reminders.

  • Those who struggle to maintain independence due to age-related challenges like mobility or other progressive challenges.

  • In-home assistance reduces the risks of complications after a hospital stay and prevents the need for a costly readmission.

My services provide anywhere from 4 to 12 hours per night. Please scroll down to contact me, have questions answered, and get quotes.

Our Approach

Providing customized care to meet your loved one's needs is designed to deliver compassionate care so your elderly loved one can continue to live at home or in independent senior living to avoid the expensive cost of assisted living, plus shuffling your elderly parent around.  A home care provider caring for all your loved ones' health and well-being needs.

Caregiving

Your loved one doesn't have to go through the transition from hospital to home alone. My services help assist them as they are discharged from the hospital and return to their regular routines.

Home Care

Have an elderly parent that needs transitional care? Due to the high rates of readmission to the hospital, many of these rehospitalizations are preventable and could be avoided with the assistance of a professional caregiver.

Why I do this?

I took care of my mom, who fought cancer, and after she died took care of my dad for ten years, plus other elderly where families needed a break. It was hard to find resources, especially when he would get sick and needed medication or other assistance at night. Many times, I stayed overnight, making sure he took his medication, etc., and then went to work.  I could not find anyone to do the evening hours.  My heart is to be available to families that need help in the evenings - babysitting for 4 hours or staying overnight.
