A shorter deliverance form. If you've already had a ministry with Touch of God Int'l Ministries within the last two years or less, complete the shorter Forms 1 and 2. If it has been over two years since ministry with Touch of God, please go to the regular price or member page to follow the steps for deliverance ministry.

- Form 1 - Short History Form. Do not skip questions when filling out the form, or it won't go through.
- Form 2 - Required Legal Binding Liability Agreement
- Form 3 - Bitterness Form
Step 3: Click Scheduler Calendar/Payment. Choose a date and time.
Step 4: Click "Next."
Step 5: Under "Payment" (choose the payment plan options. All scheduled calendar times are based on CST (Chicago/Dallas). Time Converter
Please plan 24 hours ahead of time so that I have time to read your forms. Don't forget to check your email for the Zoom link.
