Family Rejection

No matter that the families depicted on television are fantasy or, at best, show the most significant moments highlight of a well-adjusted family who practices the art of grace daily. Most people cry when they see these commercials, and I believe many cry tears of sorrow.
Many families are dysfunctional families: Don’t talk. Don’t trust. Don’t feel. The dysfunction has likely been passed down to the branches of our family tree for multiple generations. Isn’t it time to stop it?
Family wounds go deep, pierce the heart, and break the heartbroken heart. Jesus came to heal the brokenhearted – Luke 4:18.
