Overcoming Guilt, Fear, and Regret: Transform Your Mind

Discover the Power of God's Truth

In this webinar, you will discover:

✅ The 15 common areas of thought struggles that hold Christians back.

✅ How to recognize whether a thought is from God, the enemy, or your flesh (Ephesians 6:16; Hebrews 5:13–14).

✅ How to cast down imaginations and strongholds through the authority of Jesus Christ (2 Corinthians 10:4–5).

✅ How to replace lies with God’s truth so you can walk in victory, peace, and freedom.

✅ How to release regrets and guilt from the past, and embrace redemption and forgiveness through the cross of Christ.

The enemy loves to replay your mistakes, but Jesus conquered the penalty and power of sin on the cross. Every past failure, every regret, every shame-filled moment can be redeemed and forgiven (Romans 8:1; 1 John 1:9). You don’t have to carry condemnation or let past mistakes haunt your thoughts.

Are you driven to prove yourself to others and God? No need; He loves you just as you are.

The Origin of Negative Thoughts

Discover why negative thoughts didn’t exist in the Garden before sin. Adam and Eve lived in God-consciousness. After the fall, self-consciousness opened the door for the enemy to project thoughts through the second heaven, tormenting humanity with accusation, fear, and chaos.

Sign up today and learn how to fight the good fight of faith, guard your mind, and live in the peace and freedom Christ purchased on the cross.

🧠 Teaching Flow (Webinar Outline)

1. The Battlefield of the Mind

  • Thoughts are spiritual, then physical (→ emotions → behaviors). They are not just mental but can also lead to physical disease.

  • The Garden of Eden represents God-consciousness, while post-fall self-consciousness leads to turmoil.

  • The enemy uses theta brain wave states to plant thoughts of accusation, fear, or guilt.

  • Are you stuck in the past, projecting evil into the future, or driven to perfection for acceptance from God and others? Is it stealing your peace? Can you truly rest?

  • Did you know that negative thoughts can grow thorns in the brain?

2. Recognizing the Source of Thoughts

  • Scripture: Ephesians 6:16; Hebrews 5:13-14

  • Questions to ask:

- Does this thought accuse or condemn? (enemy)

- Does it align with God’s Word? (truth)

- Does it steal peace or give peace? (fruit test)

  • Your brain physically grows strongholds. What do they look like?

3. Casting Down Strongholds

  • Scripture: 2 Corinthians 10:4–5

  • Practical prayer: “I reject this thought in the name of Jesus Christ. I command it to leave.”

4. Replacing Lies with Truth

  • Scripture: Philippians 4:8

  • Lie: “I’m a failure because of my past.” I don't feel accepted or loved by God.

  • Truth: “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus” (Romans 8:1).

  • Jesus redeems our mistakes; He carries our guilt, shame, and regrets on the cross.

5. Walking in Peace & Abundance

  • Isaiah 26:3 – God keeps in perfect peace the mind that is stayed on Him.

  • Colossians 3:15 – Let the peace of Christ rule your heart.

  • Daily habit: Recognize → Reject → Replace → Rest in Redemption.

Benefits of Transforming Your Mind

  • Help you calm emotions and anxiety.

  • Enjoy life instead of striving for acceptance.
